Episode 6: Ben Longwell - The Direct Feel

In this episode, I clarify the use and purpose of tools such as a rope halter, snaffle bit, or hackamore as a direct feel (as opposed to indirect feel or body language). Humans tend to use their hands and tools too much and can very easily be unclear to their horse regarding the simple meaning behind these tools. Combined with the previous episode, these principles will really help you clarify your communication with horses!
